Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment
Payment for all purchases must be received in full before the start date of the course. Participants choosing to pay in installments commit to paying all payments even if they choose to stop attending the course after the refund period has ended.
Refund Policy
Requests for refunds must be received no later than thirty calendar days before the start of a face-to-face or online event unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Cancellation up to 30 days before the first meeting will result in a $125 administrative fee plus PayPal fees of 3% on any electronic payments being refunded. Within 30 days of the first meeting, but before class begins, cancellation is not possible for a refund. You can find a replacement for yourself or gift your space to someone. After class starts, there are no refunds or replacements. We will do what we can to accommodate any forced absences, including recording all sessions unless, on occasion, a guest presenter objects.
Event Cancellation
Book Writing World reserves the right to cancel any course because of low registration or events beyond BWW’s control. In the unlikely event of cancellation, registrants will be notified and offered the option to switch to a different course or receive a full refund.
