This post is an introduction to a short series of videos called, “Finding Your Way.” It’s about where to start, how to stay connected and how and where to give feedback about your experience in the BWW.
1. First up – Your Profile: This is a really fast overview of how to change basic information on your profile, including your name, avatar and signature (for the group forums).
Also, if you have any other questions, please start a topic in the technical support forum. That way, if someone joins after you but has the same questions, they’ll be able to find an answer quickly. I’m hoping the questions I hear there will inform future screencasts, and feel free to add suggestions for screencast topics in the Screencast thread.

Hey Marilyn –
If you haven’t found it already, there is a menu in the upper right corner called My Account. Select that, then Profile from the drop down and then Change Avatar. Then just select an image on your computer and up load it.
