Michelle Richmond is a wonderful writer, and you can tell just hanging out with her that she, like Charlotte, is also a good friend. In any case, she was so much fun to talk with we didn’t want to leave. Plus her books are the kind you can’t put down. I remember tearing through The Year of Fog with two tiny babies demanding my attention–and I couldn’t stop reading!
