Stinson Beach: expanse of soft sand, crashing waves, mountains behind and horizon ahead. Everything slows down but it’s not a sleepy slow-down. The air is salt-fresh, the days crisp–even the overcast days wiped clean, somehow. It’s lovely and revitalizing. And that’s where we are going for the Book Writing World Writing OR Planning Your Book Retreat.

That’s right. I am going to run two retreats at once. You can focus on writing your book, with writing exercises and goal setting and then time to sit on the beach and write, write, write, sharing with other supportive writers or wandering deep into your own story. Or you can focus on planning your book, with planning exercises and exploration of your book and also with time to wander, sit on the beach and share.

For folks who join new this quarter (or last quarter), the retreat is absolutely FREE. JOIN HERE! For housing, need to know who is coming and who would like to go in on housing. Or you can come for one day. It’s about 1.5 hours from Berkeley and probably about the same from San Francisco.

If you cannot join the BWW at this time, but would like to attend the retreat, the cost will be $295 for the weekend (does not include room and board).
